My name is Emma Bell. I am a NZ trained primary school teacher and a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga and mindfulness teacher. I am excited to combine both of these passions to give our youth the tools to be able to become calm, confident, resilient and ultimately the best versions of themselves.
Through my teaching career, I have experienced the effects of the challenges that face our youth on a daily basis. I believe that yoga and mindfulness can help these young people develop the tools to first recognise and then manage their emotions in a positive way.
I would love to work with you and your school to continue your work to grow lifelong learners who can stand tall and be proud of who they are.
